Certain fields from Contact, Company and Deals will be synced as ‘Number' data type going forward. Prior to this release, these fields were synced as ‘Text'. This automatically applies to all new HubSpot - Chargebee integrations.
With this release, deal close date property in HubSpot gets updated. Read more on deal close date.
Support to create deals in HubSpot for subscriptions that are in ‘Future' state. Learn more.
With this update, the integration will attempt to sync the failed records once every day during automatic sync. Earlier, if the auto-sync was scheduled to run once every hour, then the integration would attempt to sync the failed records during every scheduled synchronization. When multiple coupons site setting is enabled, more than one coupon of the same type can be applied to a subscription. In addition to creating invoices for a single charge or non-recurring addon, you can also create invoices for multiple charges and non-recurring addons together.

Displaying Plan Description on Invoices and Quotesnew

Give more details about a plan or an addon to your customers than just a name on your invoices and quotes. You can now display the plan or addon description on your invoices and quotes pdf.

Invoice Improvements

The Update Invoice Address option allows you to edit the billing and shipping address information listed on an invoice, if they don’t affect the tax rates that are already calculated for this invoice. You can also update any non-address fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Company and Phone.
You can now configure the invoice date that you want to display to your customers for metered billing invoices. You can either select invoice closing date or invoice generation date.
While closing an invoice that is on pending status, the Close Invoice pop-up displays all the invoice notes present for the invoice. You can remove notes or add a new note as required.

Mapping Custom Fields to Xero Contacts

In addition to mapping the standard fields, you can also map any custom fields in your Chargebee customer entity with Xero contacts.

Delete Subscriptions and Customers easily

You can delete specific customer(s) or subscription(s) directly from your web interface. Post deletion, your reports (like daily MRR) will also get updated accordingly.

A tab has been added to your dashboard for a yearly report, in addition to the existing daily, quarterly and half-yearly reports. For the 1 Year tab to be enabled, data spanning a minimum of 7 months should be present.

Manage Proration settings

The proration options for subscription changes have now been made a part of Site Settings.

Dunning for offline payments

You can now setup dunning reminders for offline invoices. Enabling this option would let you configure Chargebee to send reminder emails for the invoices that get generated for customers paying offline.

More Variables for Pixel Tracking Code

More merge variables related to your Customers, Subscriptions, Plans, Invoices, etc., can now be added to your Pixel Tracking codes, to increase the accuracy and relevance of the tracked data.

Changes to behavior of General Tax option

Now, the tax rates configured using the General Tax option will be applied on the invoices of only those customers who belong to your country of business.
